What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering -8 years’ experience related to traffic design -Computer skills using SignCAD, and ORD -Ability to prioritize and multi-task while working on several projects at once -Strong verbal and written skills -Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. -Bachelor's degree -Detailed hands on experience conducting safety analysis using a variety of safety software tools including Highway Safety Software -Detailed hands on experience conducting traffic design using CAD platforms including MicroStation, Autocad and Guide Sign software -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word -PE, Pennsylvania, required -Detailed hands on experience conducting operational analysis using a variety of analysis and modeling tools specific to support job duties, including HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and Aimsun -Experience with traffic analysis and traffic engineering/design -Working knowledge of PennDOT and PTC standards, specifications, and plan preparation.
