-Maintain excellence in reporting, punch list creation, and digital documentation using PennDOT PSA and other client platforms. -Provide expert insight by identifying constructability issues, interpreting plans and specifications, and recommending solutions. -Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing field conditions, verifying construction locations, and performing precise measurements. -Lead and manage a team of construction inspectors, overseeing daily assignments, schedules, and performance. -Drive project success through detailed documentation, oversight of progress payments, and coordination with contractors and client representatives.
