Tasks

-Develop build-on repair sales through networking, bids and tenders -Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries -Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results -Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lifts and elevators market -Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues -Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time -Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers -Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability

What You Bring

-Initial experience in technical sales/ lift and escalators industry experience is highly preferred -Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a highly dynamic and complex business environment -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration -Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions -Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
