Seek best in class Suppliers maximizing opportunities to support Indigenous and/or Small to medium sized Australian Suppliers
Seek understanding and implementation of project stakeholders’ priorities and critical path requirements
Engage with suppliers to run tenders, obtain competitive market assessment through an RFQ process and then develop and negotiate risk balanced and commercially astute subcontracts
Provide effective governance, advice and guidance to project stakeholders regarding CIMIC procurement policy requirements
Assist with the development and execution of a supplier relationship management (SRM) framework which proactively manage UGL’s relationship with suppliers through formal and informal processes and communications.
Work with UGL management, commercial and legal teams to obtain approval for execution of contracts

Must qualify for Defence Clearances (Australian Citizen)
Relevant degree or qualifications in law, business, engineering, quantity surveying, supply chain, procurement or project management
Experience in complex subcontracting and procurement environments ideally within a Tier 1 Contractor
