Overview

Develop and support custom Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, troubleshoot, and collaborate with functional teams.

Tasks

-Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience. -Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. -Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users. -Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits). -Strong experience as Oracle HCM developers (not general Fusion ERP developers) -5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development -Experience with HDL / HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and OTBI report development. -Experience with HCM Analytics configuration and deployment.
