Tasks

-Receive and fill material requests for field installers, subcontractors, or internal teams. -Verify inventory counts and physical stock to ensure material accuracy. -Perform tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, staging, stocking, fabrication assistance, and transporting materials. -May assist with delivery or pick up of materials as needed. -Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or company vehicles as authorized. -Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices; promote safe behaviors with peers. -Install protective devices (strapping, bracing, padding, blocking) to prevent product damage during movement and transportation. -Load and unload materials to/from designated storage locations (racks, shelves, or vehicles). -Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure product is stored in correct locations. -Stack, move, and organize materials such as lumber, flooring, palletized product, cabinets, countertops, or other construction-related products.

-Ability to lift, move, or handle materials as required -Knowledge of warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery used in loading, staging, and fabrication environments -Basic math and inventory counting abilities -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and complete assigned tasks timely -Strong attention to detail and accuracy with physical materials -Forklift experience and/or certification -Ability to work in a fast‐paced warehouse environment -Minimum of 1 year warehouse, distribution, or materials handling experience
