-Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team to align technology strategy with business goals and lead transformation initiatives. -IT Oversight: Manage global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, helpdesk operations, and enterprise systems with a focus on uptime, security, and compliance. -Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans. -Team Building: Mentor and grow cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Software Development Leadership: Guide agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with our product roadmap.
