Tasks

-Grease bearings, inspect belts, align pulleys -Maintain professional appearance per C&W dress code -Maintain cooling towers and perform scheduled inspections -Document activities and report to supervisor -May be sole maintenance staff on duty during certain shifts -Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks across building(s) -Inspect and maintain: -Change filters, clean coils, flush condensers -Respond to emergencies (fire, evacuation, equipment failure) -Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards -Complete annual C&W safety training

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license with clean record -Universal CFC Technician certification (as required) -Frequent movement between locations -Plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, valves, lavatories) -Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stoop, climb, crouch, and reach -Strong HVAC, boiler, pump, and refrigerant system knowledge -Visual acuity for reading schematics and printed materials -May require overtime, shift work, or on-call availability -5+ years in mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems in commercial settings -Trade school/apprenticeship preferred -Clear communication and reading comprehension -Office and property-based work in varying weather conditions -Familiarity with energy management systems and building operations -High School Diploma or GED required -Use of standard office equipment -Relevant trade licenses (e.g., Journeyman, Master Electrician) -Mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations -Basic skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
