Tasks

-Set up analytics, health monitoring, alerts, and logging solutions -Build new user-facing mobile features using React Native for iOS and Android -Mentor junior software engineers and help them develop their skills -Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members -Improve performance by profiling and tweaking all layers of the stack -Occasionally, write native code(Swift, Kotlin)

What You Bring

-Bonus: A degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field (B.S. or M.S.)—nice to have, but not required. -Thrives in greenfield environments and enjoys architecting, designing, and execution of new systems and solutions. -4–7 years of experience working with React Native or similar -Comfortable driving 0→1 development—taking projects from conception through to production launches. -Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining high-scale production systems—ready to share your "war stories." -Strong verbal and written communication, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
