Overview

Processes accounts payable transactions, handles vendor communication, and updates ERP.

Tasks

-Makes and responds to vendor calls and provides good customer service and resolves vendor issues -Processes and sorts mail -Follows- up on outstanding documents i.e. W-9s, missing invoices, etc. -Codes and makes Entries into the ERP system to change and/or process invoices -Researches vendor statements

What You Bring

-Basic understanding of General Ledger -High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience of General Accounting and/or training -Must have strong communication skills that allow the coordinator to work with both internal co-workers and managers as well as external vendors and clients -Strong ability to perform basic mathematical processes such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and general computer applications
