Tasks

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM. -Qualify leads by assessing needs, fit, and potential opportunity size. -Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in assigned territories. -Provide light sales support, including follow-up emails, lead nurturing, and administrative tasks in the CRM. -Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Senior Sales Managers. -Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, CRM data, industry lists, and networking. -Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for calls, meetings booked, and lead quality. -Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects and meetings.

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence. -Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. -Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive, and confident when speaking with prospects. -Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling. -Comfortable handling objections and persistence in pursuing leads. -Persistence & Resilience – Ability to handle rejection and keep going. -Attention to Detail – Accurate documentation and follow-through on every lead. -Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred). -Knowledge of the heavy building materials industry is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

-First Year OTE $65,000+ -$50,000 Base Salary
