Tasks

Successful performance in this role prepares team members for advancement to the Superintendent level. -Stand, walk, climb, crouch, crawl, and navigate stairs/ladders. -Delegate tasks effectively and foster a productive, respectful work environment. -Ensure all team member timecards are completed accurately and submitted on time. -Maintain safety on site and model best practices. -Maintain a working knowledge of plans, specifications, and materials. -Enforce OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols. -Handle tools and materials with manual dexterity. -Confirm scope, schedule, and readiness for subcontractors. -Plan ahead by forecasting crew and resource needs at least six weeks out. -Track and document change orders and T&M work as needed. -Generate punch lists and enforce completion timelines. -Maintain organized, clean, and well-equipped jobsites. -Participate in production meetings and provide updates to the Superintendent. -Submit material orders, field work orders (FWOs), and other forms as needed. -Support Superintendent as needed and serve as backup when required. -Promote a positive, solutions-focused jobsite culture. -Manage daily crew activities and scheduling. -Foster cooperative relationships with subcontractor leads. -Ensure quality meets or exceeds company standards. -Initiate early punch list processes to minimize final corrections. -Supervise and support subcontractor performance under Superintendent direction. -Act as Field Safety Officer. -Wear and promote proper PPE use at all times. -Work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
