Tasks

-Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation -Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production -Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards -Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication -Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback -Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management -Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals -Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials -Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans -Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects

What You Bring

-Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously -Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite -Experience with project management tools and methodologies -Middle East Project Experience is preferred -3-6 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role -Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment -Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements -Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices
