This is a full-time, on-site Porter role located in Queens, NY. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, including common areas, lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Additional responsibilities include addressing maintenance requests, ensuring trash removal and recycling compliance, and assisting with moving furniture or packages when necessary. The Porter will also provide exceptional service to residents and visitors and help maintain a welcoming environment across the property.
