Overview
Assist in architectural design from concept to completion, handling documents and coordination
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Preparation of design documents, proposals, presentations, and construction documents -Assistance with Construction Administration, including on-site visits and coordination with contractors -Communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless project coordination -Organization of all project-related documentation throughout the design and construction process

What You Bring
-Strong design skills, both graphically and architecturally -Understanding of each phase of the design process along with related production and documentation required for each phase -1-3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, or interior design -Positive attitude and good sense of humor -Strong communication and organizational skills -Familiarity with construction details and fabrication (construction industry experience is a bonus) -Self-motivated to stay on task in a flexible work environment -Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or other BIM software), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
