Overview
Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts for safety and engineering services.

Tasks
-Deliver Success: Meet or exceed annual assigned sales target -Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders. -Account Mapping: Identify top volume target accounts and develop an account roadmap based on regional offices and key decision makers relative to corporate office -Expand Existing Business: Drive business growth by expanding relationships with -Develop Strategies: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that align with client needs. -Ensure Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. -existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities. -Build Awareness: Attend local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a circle of influence and stay informed about industry trends. -Monitor Trends: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development strategies. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. -New Business Development: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, inbound assignments, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present overall company value proposition -Expand Network: Actively participate in professional organizations and community groups to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within strategic industries.

What You Bring
-Basic understanding of structural, infrastructure, or safety engineering preferred -Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, selling professional services experience desired -Experience In a cross-selling sales environment demonstrating results -Ability to travel overnight up to 40%. -Strong ability to lead a comprehensive value proposition presentation of all LJB service offerings -Required: Bachelor’s degree or some college experience in Business Administration or a related field. -Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. -Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business within a target market and/or assigned territory
