Tasks

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial roofing leadership experience and be responsible for overseeing company-wide operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth. This executive will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to set strategy, drive performance, and elevate operational excellence. -Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability across departments -Monitor project performance and resolve escalated issues related to scheduling, manpower, and client relations -Oversee operational systems, workflows, and reporting to maximize performance and scalability -Collaborate with ownership on financial planning, budgeting, and long-term business strategy -Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and service teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction -Oversee day-to-day operations of all divisions, including production, service, estimating, and project management -Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and company policies -Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding the company’s culture and growth trajectory -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners -Drive recruitment, training, and retention of top talent within the organization

What You Bring

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. -Must be eligible to work in the U.S. -Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L oversight and business planning -Ability to travel regionally as needed -Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills -Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar roofing projects and operations -OSHA certifications and relevant manufacturer certifications preferred -10+ years of experience in commercial roofing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, COO, or equivalent)
