Tasks

-Collaborating with clients to develop high quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, health, education, precinct / urban realm, transport, energy and sports & recreation. -Enabling the development and progression of junior team members as a day-to-day people leader. -Designing the solutions for our clients in fire protection engineering, including dry and wet fire systems across a range of industries, including Defence, Aviation, Education, Sports and Commercial. -Leading teams of multidisciplinary designers to deliver coordinated solutions to meet ever changing market conditions. -Enabling the sustainable and equitable development of infrastructure across Queensland and Australia. -Adopting human-centred design practices to deliver projects for the benefit of communities in which we live, work and play.

What You Bring

-A relevant engineering degree and experience in fire protection system design. -A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in buildings and infrastructure development. -Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people. -Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ, via the BPEQ) or as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng, via Engineers Australia), or equivalent.
