Tasks
-Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as required -Develop financial presentations and reports for executive leadership, investors, and board-level discussions -Implement best practices to streamline forecasting process -Partner with senior management and department leaders to align financial outcomes with business objectives -Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive financial and operational efficiency including preparing executive-level presentations -Lead and mentor junior finance staff, promoting analytical excellence and collaboration across departments -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to measure business performance -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams including but not limited to accounting and asset management -Assist in the execution of corporate transactions, including preparation of marketing materials and investor due diligence responses -Support cash management, corporate distributions, and internal capital allocation planning -Synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise insights and perform scenario analyses to support strategic decisions -Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans

What You Bring
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. -Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, lead teams, and influence key stakeholders. -Technical Skills: Advanced Excel financial modeling; strong PowerPoint presentation skills; experience with Yardi, Power BI, or Tableau preferred. -Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities with attention to detail. -Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Experience: 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or investment management, preferably within real estate. -Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate transactions, joint ventures, and complex organizational and capital structures. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to senior executives.
