Tasks

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and optimising wastewater treatment solutions that make a tangible impact on the environment and local communities. Working as part of a dynamic, multi-skilled team, you’ll provide technical expertise across a range of wastewater treatment projects — from process design and optimisation to operational support on live sites. -Leading innovative process design solutions s. -Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. -Developing process calculations, control philosophies, P&IDs, performance specifications, and commissioning plans. -Supporting site operations by improving plant performance, implementing optimisation measures, and troubleshooting treatment processes.

What You Bring

A Global Energy company with more than 30,000 employees is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join its Wastewater Process Engineering Team -A degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng/BEng/BSc) or an equivalent discipline. -Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach. -Chartered status or working towards chartership (desirable). -4+ years’ experience in the water industry or consultancy environment. -Proven experience in wastewater process design, optimisation, and commissioning support for UK Water Companies.
