Tasks

-Administer corporate credit card, rental car, and fleet vehicle card programs. -Apply credits, identify discount opportunities, and issue stop-payment orders when necessary. -Facilitate vendor payments, verify federal ID numbers, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies. -Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with applicable policies.

What You Bring

-Consistent application of policies and efficient handling of high-volume transactions. -Prior accounts payable experience and Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification are a plus. -Leadership training -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. -High school diploma required, degree in Business or Accounting preferred. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn accounting software.
