Tasks
-Developing payment solutions: By understanding customers’ financial situations, you’ll help negotiate sustainable payment arrangements that suit their needs and circumstances. -Managing the debt recovery process: Efficiently progressing debt cases through the treatment paths, accelerating higher-risk cases, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly to prevent further delays. -Providing performance updates: Prepare accurate management information to report on your individual performance and success -Negotiating with customers: You'll work with commercial customers to resolve overdue debts while maintaining positive, professional relationships. -Collaborating with teams: You'll work closely with both internal and external teams to maintain a unified, efficient approach.

What You Bring
-Strong Negotiation Skills: You’re a natural at negotiating win-win solutions and are adept at managing sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy. -Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport and work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders. -Flexibility and Target Focused: You’ll need to be adaptable as the business and role evolve. You’re also results-driven, with a track record of hitting targets and managing your time efficiently. -Previous Experience: While experience as a Telephone Collections Agent, Credit Controller or Collections Advisor is beneficial, we're open to individuals with strong negotiation skills and customer service backgrounds. -Energy Industry Knowledge: Experience in the energy industry is a bonus but not essential. What matters most is your ability to understand and resolve financial issues effectively. -Analytical Mindset: You have a keen eye for detail and are naturally curious, using your analytical skills to find solutions and improve processes.
