-Oversee key performance indicators, including site acquisitions, model GP, and profitability. -Lead and inspire a team of UT Acquisition Managers to achieve new site targets. -Coach team members on revenue forecasting, rental strategies, and quick-profit initiatives. -Implement regional strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Acquisition Director. -Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the team. -Drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.
