Operate quarry plant/equipment, manage crushing plant, ensure safety.

Tasks

-Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. -Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision. -Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness. -Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. -Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

-Available to work Monday to Saturday. -HR truck licence is advantageous but not required. -Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision. -Quarry experience is valued but not necessary. -Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
