Tasks
-Provide subject matter expertise in SAP and Ariba platforms, supporting bid creation and tender management. -Collaborate with material management and expediting teams to forecast needs and prevent delays. -Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative tools and workflows. -Coordinate procurement activities and vendor interactions to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing. -Produce reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking. -Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit readiness. -Support project teams with advanced SAP functions including purchase orders, work orders, WBS setup, accruals, CIAC, and TECO processing. -Serve as a liaison between PMO, Corporate Purchasing, and other departments to align procurement strategies and project needs. -Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to enhance team capabilities and system proficiency. -Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. -Monitor procurement timelines and performance metrics, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

What You Bring
-6-8 years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain. -Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, develop procurement strategies and understanding of commercial contract terminology and processes. -Extensive experience with enterprise systems such as SAP. -PMP certification. -Knowledge of utility or energy industry standards preferred. -Excellent communication skills. -Strong customer-oriented commitment. -CPSM certification. -Expertise in procurement policies and process improvement. -Ability to influence and manage within a matrixed organization. -Communicate effectively across teams and levels, presenting insights and resolving operational issues. -Demonstrated success in material/inventory management and supplier coordination. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
