Tasks
-Data Management: Assist with the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of system configurations of employee data within our Workday platform. -Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. -Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks for the HRIS department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence. -Reporting: Generate standard reports for various HR functions and business units, such as headcount, turnover, and payroll-related data. -Documentation: Assist in creating and updating process documentation and user guides for HRIS functions. -System Support: Provide first-level support to employees and managers for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, helping to troubleshoot common problems and escalating complex issues to the HRIS Manager.

What You Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. -Prior experience with an HRIS, such as Workday, UKG, or SAP, is a plus. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
