Overview

Provide friendly service as floor staff during festive season in restaurants/bars.

Tasks

-Assist with event setups and special festive functions. -Support bar and kitchen teams during busy periods. -Engage with customers, offering menu suggestions and answering any queries. -Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. -Ensure tables and dining areas are kept clean and well-presented. -Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently during peak festive hours. -Handle payments and provide an accurate till service.

What You Bring

-Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. -Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. -A team player with great communication skills.
