Overview

Develop and implement solutions using Newgen platforms within small project teams.

Tasks

-Attend internal meetings and provide regular project updates to senior leads and stakeholders. -Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and support issue resolution. -Participate in peer code reviews, POCs, and application integrations. -Assist in managing small projects or specific modules within larger projects. -Follow company processes and ensure adherence to technical and quality standards. -Contribute to the technical delivery of software solutions with guidance from senior team members. -Work with a 3–4 member technical team to implement solutions using Newgen products like NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, and Record Management System. -Share weekly status updates and contribute to project reporting. -Prepare and review technical documents like design specs, system architecture, and test cases. -Work on both fixed-price and time & material projects across various business domains.

What You Bring

-Minimum 4 years of experience in software development using Java technologies. -Exposure to third-party integrations such as Corpass, SingPass, or Core Banking systems is a plus. -Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web application security, and application performance basics. -Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, SQL/Oracle, JavaScript, JQuery, and related technologies. -Experience working with application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss is desirable. -Comfortable participating in different software lifecycle phases – design, development, testing, deployment, and support. -Familiar with tools like Eclipse, GitHub, Soap UI, Postman, Jira, SVN. -At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Newgen platforms (e.g., NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, RMS).
