Tasks

-Explore and apply GovTech digital solutions to meet user requirements and improve operational efficiency -Contribute to the development and enhancement of URA corporate systems including SharePoint, Power Platform, low-code workflow systems, and RPA tools -Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, document feedback, and support solution roll-outs -Support the maintenance and day-to-day operations of existing systems to ensure smooth service delivery to users

What You Bring

-Graduated in 2024 to 2025 with a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related ICT disciplines -Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite -Practical problem-solving skills through supporting real-world system operations and enhancements -Strong communication and collaboration abilities from engaging with diverse stakeholders -Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively -Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident -Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn new technologies -Hands-on experience with modern enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, RPA tools)
