Tasks

-Maintain positive relationships with clients. -Provide descriptive solutions to mechanical design difficulties. -Manage a team of engineers and designers; conduct periodic reviews and foster a collaborative atmosphere. -Frequent professional interaction with clients to discover and implement expectations. -Coordinate services between mechanical engineer team, clients, and other contractors. -Facilitate weekly team meetings and effectively delegate workload to team members. -Correctly complete billing and budgeting for a project. -Professionally work with clients to identify goals.

What You Bring

-P.E. Licensed Mechanical Engineer. -Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products. -Proven ability to maintain excellent integrity and ethical standards within role. -Proven ability to work independently and be a strong decision maker. -10+ years of working industry experience. -Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Positively motivate and review work performed by team of mechanical engineers. -Established industry and market expert. -Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and organization. -Ability to work outside normal business hours as project schedules and deadlines require.
