Tasks

-Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. -Recommends / supports in Identifying new suppliers and coordinates with relevant category team. Follows the process to qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists -Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines. Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and recommends solutions / resolves performance issues within the scope. -Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities. -Supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feeds back recommendations for appropriate actions. -Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment. -Initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
