Tasks

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will take ownership of AMG’s infrastructure assets, including the embedded network, high-voltage systems, metering assets, and solar generation infrastructure. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the assets, working closely with the Property, Aviation, Development, and WHS teams, as well as external contractors. -Overseeing maintenance contractors and ensuring all works meet AMG’s safety and quality standards. -Monitoring asset condition and planning lifecycle replacement and renewal. -Managing compliance with the Australian Electricity Act, Airports Regulations, and WHS legislation. -Preparing and reviewing asset documentation -Leading the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of assets across both airports. -Managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for embedded network infrastructure.

What You Bring

-Skilled in data analysis, documentation, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel and asset management systems. -Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management, including lifecycle planning, maintenance, and compliance. -Degree-qualified engineer in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or Asset Management -Proven ability to manage contractors, stakeholders, and project delivery within complex operational environments. -Proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments such as private asset management or project engineering. -3+ years’ experience managing or delivering infrastructure or utilities projects, ideally with exposure to electrical or embedded networks.
