System Administrator

Description

• Ensure smooth operation of all desktop and server systems.
• Assist employees with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage and maintain company computer systems and IT infrastructure.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain and update MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security and data backups.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and support office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, working knowledge of Adobe applications, and the ability to prepare quotations.

Experience: 3 – 4 Years

• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe applications.
• Ability to prepare professional quotations and office documents.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• 3 – 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Basic computer troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
