Tasks
-Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of variations, claims, and change orders with contractors and subcontractors. -Prepare and finalize monthly payment certificates and final accounts in accordance with contract terms. -Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for large-scale infrastructure and construction phases. -Manage all contractual and financial aspects of the assigned work packages on the NEOM project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency. -Provide expert contractual advice to the Project Management team on matters related to cost control and risk mitigation.

What You Bring
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineer or related field. -Sector Specific: Demonstrated experience with major FIDIC contracts and administering large-scale design-build or EPC contracts. Experience in the Saudi market is highly desirable. -Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying, with significant exposure to large, complex infrastructure and construction projects (preferably within the Middle East/GCC).
