Overview

Lead regional infrastructure team, manage projects, develop staff, and liaise with directors.

Tasks

-Provide Expert Witness service where required. -Carry out their departments PDR’s and have regular ‘one to one’ discussions with team members. Provide feedback on these to the Regional Director. -Liaise with the Regional Director and Administrator on monthly invoicing ensuring that sales targets are met. -Provide a single point of contact within RSK on their teams projects. -Liaise with the Regional Director on preparation of the annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast. -Manage, lead and deliver their departments workloads on all projects utilising members of their team, on time and on budget. -Understand and implement Designer’s duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.

What You Bring

-Chartered or Incorporated member of an Institution relevant to their field (eg, ICE, IStuctE, CIWEM, CIOB) preferable but not essential. -Working knowledge of software used for design in their field -Educated to degree or HNC level. -Working knowledge of AutoCAD. -10+ years experience in a relevant role -Working knowledge of the legislation and technical/design standards in their field -Project management skills using RSK procedures.
