Technical recruiter to source and hire talent, manage full-cycle recruitment for EarthCam.

Tasks

-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria -Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references -Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans -Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline -Participate in all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) -Develop and implement recruitment strategies -Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position -Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) -Source applicants through online channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn and other professional networks -Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

What You Bring

-Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods -Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks -Process driven and organized -Knowledge of applicant tracking systems -Can communicate easily and clearly - verbally, in reports and in writing -Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human resources Management or similar field is a plus -Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends -Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates -5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
