Tasks

-Measure and prepare bills of quantities from drawings -Price and prepare lump sum tenders for brickwork and building projects -Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations -Support the pre-construction and commercial teams through tender stages -Attend client and mid-tender meetings as required

What You Bring

-Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction -Confident measuring and producing take-offs from drawings -Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently -Based within commutable distance of Derby
