Senior Boiler Technician

Overview

Maintain and operate building utilities (boilers, chillers, AC, etc.) in pharma site.

Tasks

-Respond to complaints regarding ACMV, electrical, fire and plumbing systems and equipment. -Ensure can always contact to respond and attend to emergency breakdown within two hour upon notification -Attend to technical matters and assists with the inspections on the facilities -Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as relates to building operations and practice safe work habits -Provide hands-on operation of facilities equipment and systems, where qualified or under instruction, in accordance with procedures and policies -Execute the routine maintenance for the site in a timely manner and in compliance with Engineering standards and safety procedures. -Supervise/Perform in-house preventive maintenance work and supervise preventive maintenance work by external service vendors in accordance to PM checklist, and proper documentation of service report -Responsible for the upkeeping of building such as painting, lighting fittings, ACMV services, doors, furniture and fittings, road, grounds of facility or building -Perform maintenance on facilities equipment and systems as appropriate to knowledge, skills, and certifications/licenses -Provide daily operation support and update daily report, use Client’s CMMS system on work order reporting -Participate in problem solving discussions with cross functional team to identify / define and root cause, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.

What You Bring

-At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry. -Boiler Certificate Class 1 / 2 -Able to multitask and work within tight deadlines. -Minimum Diploma in Engineering. -Displaying exceptional communication, interpersonal, and information technology skills. -All GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance to data integrity requirement. -Team player who is also able to perform independently. -Strong understanding of facilities and utilities systems and process equipment related validation / GMP requirements.
