Overview

Oversee technical, EHS, and facility management operations for integrated facilities.

Tasks

-Verifying & Issuing work permits for the contractor’s activities. -End to end Project (New Project and Refurbishment ) handling and handing over -Responsible for site Legal Register & liaison with landlord and regulatory authorities. -Conducting mock drills and Emergency preparedness trainings with detailed reports. -Reporting of abnormalities during routine walk through. -Ensure LOTO process, work permit process followed on ground. -Reconciliation of utility expenditure V/s readings. -Shift scheduling and attendance tracking of all M&E vendor staffs. -Coordinating with approved vendors for environmental monitoring (Water testing, Food testing, Swab, Noise monitoring & Indoor air quality monitoring, etc.). -Track of non-returnable gate pass for disposing equipment’s behind repairable conditions and scrap materials. -Ensure the EB/DG/HVAC consumptions and manpower status are tracked and monitored for accuracy on daily basis and submission of daily report before start of next day operations. -Co-ordination with OEM/AMC vendor for any breakdown and maintenance calls, ensure escalation matrix is followed religiously. -Coordinating with the logistic team for material movement (lab equipment’s). -Coordinate with M&E Vendor for conducting monthly training program. -Planning and ensuring EHS trainings for team members are executed as per training calendar. -Daily/Weekly site walk through/rounds to ensure if any safety deviations and finding the suitable control measure for the same. -Ensure Incident reporting system followed properly. -Conducting random audit during contractor’s activities and identification of unsafe act/conditions & implementation corrective actions. -Conducting periodical internal Audits and base kitchen audits. -Monthly Transport vehicles inspection. -Responsible seamless operations of Medical Health Centre. -Responsible for weekly & monthly reports submission on operations. -All the Checklist, logs, PPM activities are cross checked on daily basis and daily report submitted before start of next day operations. -Achieve timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client location. -Reporting of attrition to reporting manager & coordination with vendor for necessary closure. -Part of COVID Support Team – wearable devices/tag management, monitoring minimal stock to manage the site, gateways & testing pods checking. -Coordinating with the client for works during project execution stage. -Preparing the asset details for uploading in FAMIS 360. -Coordinating for RTPCR tests (at site as well as home sample collection) and maintaining track records of the same. -Support business needs in accordance with the SOW, Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators. -Tracking regular complaints in coordination with the MHC team. -Preparing of a detailed Incident Report with root cause analysis for documenting any minor/major incidents at site. Highlighting the same on mail communication or telephonic call if necessary. -Daily visual inspection conducted and updated as per checklist. -Overseeing all technical operation and ensure PPM is carried out as per the schedule. -Responsible for the statutory reports such as test reports / returns filing / request letters are submitted to Government authorities whenever applicable. -Co-ordinate with M&E vendor for conduction monthly vendor performance review. -Coordinating with LAB team for support required for new & upcoming equipment’s. -Preparing monthly management review report for client submissions. -Ensure audit observations are tracked for closure. -Ensuring Grooming standards are adhered by all M&E vendor staffs. -Coordinate with approved vendor for Bio Medical Waste disposal. -Coordination with technical manager for removal of scrap/debris from site. -Weekly safety critical equipment’s inspection as per EHS calendar. -Responsible for timely closure of technical tickets raised on FAMIS 360. -Conducting quarterly builder audit. -Conduct Regular briefing/de-briefing on day-to-day activities. -Conducting various initiatives to strengthen overall EHS performance, (Environmental Day, National Safety Day, etc).
