The Role

Coordinate apprentice training and planning to support safety competency framework.

Tasks

-Host local apprenticeship welcome and quarterly feedback meetings. -Manage communications with apprentices and line managers, including tracking apprentice locations and progress. -Support Early Careers attraction and recruitment activities such as careers fairs and assessment centres. -Act as a point of contact for system support and equipment needs related to apprenticeships. -Support apprentices in achieving their first post role by ensuring they complete all required training and assessments. -Identify and communicate additional training needs to the central training team. -Organise and maintain safe, fit-for-purpose practical training environments. -Arrange accommodation and travel for learners and trainers. -Collaborate with apprentice line managers to ensure apprentices gain relevant experience aligned with their apprenticeship pathways. -Coordinate and schedule technical training in line with the annual learning plan. -Work with planning teams to align training schedules with operational and project requirements. -Escalate issues with training providers to the Early Careers Specialist and central technical training team.
