An award-winning New York studio is seeking a talented Senior Project Architect to take a lead role. The suitable candidate must have demonstrated technical experience and have excellent references. A passionate person with technical knowledge, a practical mindset and strong CA experience is desired. -Knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning. -Revit skills are a plus. -Strong design, communication, organizational and collaborative skills -Previous experience in a management position -Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture -Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. -Display strength and in-depth knowledge of technical means and methods -a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. -Architectural License preferred. -Proven CA experience in NYC ground up projects, particularly multi-family, commercial and mixed-use. -Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
