Tasks

-Develop/prepare survey check list to be carried out during site visit (for brown field scope) -Contribute to the continuous improvement of hook-up processes, procedures, and best practices within our organization -Identify and develop a list of discipline-specific special tools required for Hook Up -Participate in pre-engineering survey, gather discipline-specific information from the site survey (for brown field scope) -Ensure procedures and work instructions pertaining to the role are read and understood -Liaise with hook up admin team and P&E team to ensure requirements are met -Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of hook-up and commissioning activities for projects within the EPCI industry -Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the progress or quality of hook-up and commissioning activities -Perform field inspections and verifications, ensuring that all installations, equipment, and systems comply with design specifications, industry codes, and safety regulations -Support/develop and provide inputs to construction work packs for brown field scope -Review discipline-specific QA/QC requirements i.e. inspection schedule, QA/QC walkthrough, line walks -Support the development of detailed hook up procedures, including pre-commissioning checks, test protocols, and start-up plans -Read, understand, and implement the Company’s Health Safety Environmental, and Quality Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Management System -Assist in developing Hook Up database, review of job cards -Provide support for HDMS (Hook-Up Database Management System) database support -Review and identify discipline-specific pre-bid clarifications/qualifications, which are relevant to scope of execution -Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of all hook-up and commissioning tasks, while adhering to project schedules and quality standards -Develop equipment database for SAP inputs -Prepare mark-up boundary limits for scope and alignment to System Limits -Participate in readiness reviews, handovers, and documentation reviews to ensure proper completion of hook up activities and seamless transfer to operational teams

What You Bring

-2-3 years of discipline-specific experience or industry experience -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients -Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Process discipline -Computer proficient -Become familiar with discipline codes of practice and standards
