Procure lumber, manage suppliers, contracts, and orders for modular building projects.

Tasks
-Determine project specific materials not readily used on future -At the completion of a project, determine the quantity and types of -Develop material stocking schedule based on production run schedule. -Complete disposition process for materials in timely fashion. -Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to assess -Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable -Analyze project blueprints to generate material requirements and -Work with vendors to generate material requirements and provide -Identify potential suppliers through market research, referrals, and -Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including tracking -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to -Collaborate with legal and finance departments to resolve -Coordinate with internal departments to confirm specifications, -Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company -Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to -Address supplier concerns and issues promptly to ensure ongoing -Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, -Generate purchase orders based on inventory levels, production
