Take charge of delivering excellence in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction services while redefining industry standards. Lead Multimillion-Dollar Projects in Virginia! -Drive effective communication within the team, sharing updates and key company information -Participate in key meetings and strategic planning with senior leadership -Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Engineers -Manage project cash flow, ensuring timely billings and collections -Ensure project consistency, from estimating to cost management and forecasting -Lead and manage multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction -Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and best practices

What You Bring
-Strong expertise in MEP project management -Strong problem-solving and business decision-making skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Experience leading teams of 3+ managers -Proven leadership managing projects with a scope exceeding $10M -Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment -10+ years of experience in the construction industry -OSHA 30-hour certification and familiarity with safety regulations
