Drive hardware sales by expanding contractor network and meeting targets.

Tasks
-Provide senior management with detailed sales reports and market analysis, along with strategic recommendations for growth. -Conduct Mini Carpenter Meets (MCMs) to support secondary sales initiatives. -Prepare and submit regular performance reports and client interaction updates. -Address and resolve contractor queries promptly to maintain strong and productive relationships. -Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory. -Develop and implement dealer-level plans to meet business objectives and proactively drive target achievement. -Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products, services, and promotional materials for contractors. -Expand the contractor network by onboarding new contractors and increasing engagement levels. -Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and analysis. -Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to successful closure.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. -Willingness to travel and work across different locations within the state. -Proficiency in the regional language. -Experience in lead generation through contractors, carpenters, and retail counters. -At least 1 year of experience in the plywood, hardware, laminate, or adhesive industry. -Experience in dealer network management and contractor/carpenter influencer programs is an added advantage. -Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Minimum Graduate. -Strong connections within the retail and distributor/trade channels. -A deep understanding of local market dynamics and dealer/distributor management. -Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage commercial objectives. -Strong understanding of the local market and established contractor/carpenter network.
