  • Proactively liaising with regional Operations colleagues (e.g. Service Delivery and Scheme Delivery) and wider internal and external stakeholders (local authorities and local resilience forums) to minimise the impact of planned and unplanned events on customers.
  • To develop and recommend best practice methods for the ongoing improvement of processes and activities in scope.
  • Manage Network Resilience funding, identifying proposed schemes, liaising with service providers to develop opportunities, prioritising funding aligned to risk.
  • Proactively analysing the effectiveness of existing plans and arrangements in meeting service level expectations and implement improvement initiatives; manage risks and issues that affect delivery.
  • Providing advice and consultancy where required to minimise the impact to Operations in the event of an emergency.
