The Role
Overview
Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections for apartments and property grounds.

Tasks
-Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal -Ensuring service shop is clean and organized -Completing resident service requests in a timely manner -Adhering to established policies related to fair housing -Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments -Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas -Performing preventative maintenance tasks -Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts -Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks -Conducting move in/move out inspections
Requirements

What You Bring
-A valid driver’s license -1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience -The ability to lift 50 pounds -A high school diploma or GED -Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call.
