Tasks

-Operationalize for Data Collection and Reporting: Set up quarterly and monthly processes to collect, validate and analyze billing and operational data to track customer retention and bookings quality metrics. Expertise on process design, data analysis and data visualization needed to create a best-in-class analytics and reporting organization. -Create insightful reports: Generate regular reports leveraging existing dashboards to provide business leaders with actionable insights into customer ARR/Bookings realization trends, patterns, and performance. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to facilitate data-driven decision-making -Analyze customer data: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify factors influencing customer retention, and bookings quality to understand customer behavior, demographics, and feedback. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to uncover actionable insights. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, including finance, sales, customer success, and product management to understand their needs and help transition to new/enhanced reporting. -Develop and track key SaaS performance indicators (KPIs): Define and monitor KPIs related to Customer Retention rates, bookings quality and other analytics. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to optimize customer retention rates. Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics and reports. -Leadership: Build and lead team of data and financial analysts to operationalize data collection/maintenance, as well as the production and distribution of data reports and analysis to stakeholders across the company. Must foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

What You Bring

-Understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and retention strategies -Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings, and customer and industry conferences. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds. -Technical proficiency: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining techniques. Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Tableau and Alteryx. -Proven experience (8+ years) in Finance and/or Data Analytics roles, preferably in SaaS organization with a focus on customer retention, bookings quality and other analytics. -Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior business leaders. Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful metrics and reports. -Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. -Leadership and team management: Proven ability to build and lead a team, prioritize work, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration and mentorship. Experience working in multi-national teams preferred.
