Manage 3-6 home renovation projects monthly, overseeing contractors, budgets, timelines.

Tasks

-Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors -Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections -Deliver equipment to job sites if needed -Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property -Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set project timeline

Requirements

What You Bring

-You have 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration -You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher -You have excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
