Overview

Oversee commercial drywall projects end‑to‑end, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule.

Tasks

-Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment. -Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents. -Work with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing department to assure material coordination and accuracy. -Responsible for managing and supervising assigned construction projects from start to finish. -Oversee all aspects of day to day activity of the job. -Receive hand-offs from estimating department. -Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs.
